Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Aethel Bot.com (https://aethelbot.com), a product of Swado Tech (https://swado.in). By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Aethel Bot.com provides omnichannel chatbot software for WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms. Swado Tech is an official Meta partner. Features may include AI replies, lead capture, bookings, and human handoff within a multi-tenant workspace.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for users they invite and for activity under their tenant.

Messaging and Meta platforms

You remain responsible for your Meta Business assets, WhatsApp / Instagram messaging compliance, customer consent, and content you send. You must follow Meta's and applicable messaging policies.

AI outputs

Automated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You should supervise critical conversations and use human handoff where appropriate. Aethel Bot.com is provided as a business tool, not as a substitute for professional advice.

Plans, recharge, and billing

• Plans must be recharged before the due date to keep service continuous.
• You may request to stop billing for the upcoming month only. The current month is not refunded mid-cycle; billing for the active period continues through the end of that month.
• Setup costs and used-up tokens are not refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate law or platform policies, spam end users, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property

Aethel Bot.com, its software, and branding remain owned by Swado Tech and its licensors. You retain rights to your business content and customer data you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swado Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for outages, Meta platform changes, or third-party service failures. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service subject to the billing rules above. We may suspend or end access if fees are unpaid, these Terms are breached, or we discontinue the product with reasonable notice where practical.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
